6 months of non stop fun!

     Well I havent been able to post very much because there has just been so much going on. So here is a catch up story. Well back in August Aaron and I decided to have a "kid date". He took me to the Aquarium out in Sandy and spent the whole day there. We got to pet some sharks and baby sting rays, and then watch them feed the anaconda and sharks. It was a lot of fun! I think the penguins are my favorie though. Aaron LOVED the jelly fish.

 


     Then on September 3rd Aaron and I got a very rude awakening....A police woman started pounding on our door around 5:40 AM. Aaron went and answered the door and the lady was yelling at us to get out now because there was a fire! So we threw on some clothes and rushed out the door and went over to my parents house for an hour. When we came back they still wouldnt let us in. Luckily nothing happened to our apartment. But the building right next to us lost 6 apartments. I feel so sad for those families that were effected by 1 stupid couple. Our apartment has a rule that you can not smoke within 25 feet of the building for the convinence of others. This couple was smoking on their balcony in the middle of the night on a matress they had put out there. The ashes tipped over onto the matress because it was a little windy. We were kicked out for close to 3 hours.

 

     We also went up the shooting range and had a little practice, Aaron drew out for a deer this year! It will be his first hunt ever and he is really excited! It was a ton of fun! I think I did a little better then him though ;) haha



  

     Our great friends Megan and Tristan Tesch surprised us with tickets to the U of U game (both of our firsts)!! We had so much fun! half of my face got sunburned though... haha. It was such a great game and we cant wait to go again! GO UTES! I hope they kick BYU's butt this week.

  















  This last weekend was the craziest though. It was Aarons dad's birthday on Saturday, my moms birthday on Sunday, and then we celebrated our 6 months of being married on Monday!! We went up to Bear Lake with his parents over night to celebrate with his dad. We went up to Bloomington Lake which I had never gone to before. It was a beautiful day! There is a rope swing there but it was a little chilly up in the mountains to be getting in so we are planning to go back next year so we can do that! On Sunday we had a really fun dinner with my mom, her parents came down and my sister came down from USU and then all my dads side came down for cake and ice cream becuase it was my dads sisters birthday too.

   

     Monday was the day that couldnt have gone more wrong. I had this big day planned to go and buy a canoe for Aaron, I talked with the guy saturday night to come get it monday and someone came and picked it up late on saturday....Then we were going to go to the Brigham City Temple. Well it occured to me that is was monday.(side note.. Aaron and I made a goal to go to every temple in Utah before out 1 year anniversary!! We have been to I think 4 so we are on our way!)..Everything I had planned just did not work out.... But we decided to make the most of it, we went up to smith and edwards (one of our favorite stores) and just kinda looked around. Got some old fashoned candy and spices I needed. Then we decided to have lunch at the Union Grill which is where we got married :) It turned out to be a really fun day! I am the luckiest girl in the world to have him as a husband! He makes me smile and laugh every day. I am really looking forward to our eternity together!
